Apart from the state-of-the-art 84 units of 3BHK, rooftop gym, club, pool, terrace gardens and basement parking accommodating 200+ cars, the complex has 32 apartments (1BHK & 2BHK) in the top floor subjected to mandatory leasing for 6-11 months on business lease and license. It would also have a business centre for residents and neighbours for short term lease from one day to one month. Building Ahead
Having launched two projects in the subsequent years in commercial space, the company is actively planning to develop all land banks around NCR (around 50 acres) in the next five years, and grow the 'Arthah' brand countrywide.
